Terms of Service

1. The service

NukeBG is provided by VOLODS LTD ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16149306, whose registered office is at 29 Rosemary Avenue, Grimsby, England, DN34 4JN. NukeBG provides image and video editing tools (background removal, object removal, upscaling, AI backgrounds, video background removal and removal of text and logos from video) through our website, Studio and API. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and API keys

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your API keys secret. Revoke a key immediately if it leaks.
• One person or business per free account. Creating accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, its free tier or other users.

3. Credits and payments

• Tools are paid for with credits. The cost of each tool is listed on the pricing page and shown before you run it.
• Credits are only used when a job succeeds. Failed or rejected jobs are free.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Free credits have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Stripe sends your receipt. Refunds follow our refund policy.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You keep all rights to the images and videos you upload and the results you create. You must have the rights to everything you upload. You agree not to use NukeBG to:

• remove watermarks, logos, credits, copyright notices or other rights-management information from content you don't own or aren't licensed to edit;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content meant to deceive, harass or defame real people;
• overload, probe or circumvent the limits and security of the service.

The video text & logo tool is for footage you own or have the rights to edit, such as your own recordings with old captions or channel logos. You confirm this each time you use it.

5. Takedown requests

If you believe content processed with NukeBG infringes your rights, email nukebg@volods.com with the content, your rights in it and your contact details. We review every request and may suspend accounts that infringe repeatedly.

6. AI results

Some tools use AI models, including models from Google. Results can be imperfect, so check them before you publish. We never redraw your product in background tools: AI only changes the areas a tool is meant to change.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep NukeBG fast and available but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
